Need motivation ... to make those phone calls, do your filing, complete a project or donate unused toys, clothes and other items?

Is your life controlling you or are you in control of your life? Quite often, we become too involved in daily activities, lose sight of priorities, and become overwhelmed with too much to do and too little time or space. If you need an incentive, there are a couple of special days that might get you started ...
  BEFORE AFTER

"GET ORGANIZED MONTH"SM  ... is celebrated every January and is sponsored by the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).  Organizing is often identified as a top New Year’s resolution.  The goal of Get Organized MonthSM is to raise awareness of the benefits of getting organized and of hiring a NAPO Professional Organizer, in the eyes of both the general public and the media.

"NATIONAL CLEAN OFF YOUR DESK DAY" ... was the idea of the daughter of Mr. Chase of Chase's Annual Events, Anne Chase Moeller, who worked in her father's office. Because his desk was always messy, it was very difficult for Anne to share it. In 1982, she declared on the 2nd Monday of January each year her father would clean off his desk, then they entered this event in their famous book.

"NATIONAL GET ORGANIZED WEEK" ... is celebrated each year during the first full week of October, and is promoted by the National Association of Professional Organizers. According to NAPO, beginning in 1992, Get Organized (GO)Week "was created to focus on the benefits of getting organized and the tools and techniques necessary to achieve that goal. This week is an opportunity to streamline your life, create more time, lower your stress and increase your profit. Simplify your situation and make it more manageable by taking advantage of this time to get organized."
