  • DELUXE PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING SERVICES  [5-hour minimum]
During your first appointment ... a needs-assessment, a plan for your project(s) with recommendations, as well as hands-on assistance, systems for paper management, space planning, functional storage areas, plus training in organizing techniques and procedures.  Also, we will suggest appropriate supplies, equipment and furniture.

Specialties include organizing and management of paperwork, space, time and relocations (moves).  You deserve an organized office, home and life!

We provide much more than a "clean-up-the-mess" type of service.  You will be empowered with organizing skills, benefit from new habits, and enjoy your new personalized systems.

  • FOLLOW-UP ORGANIZING SERVICES  [4-hour minimum]
"Tune-Up" Sessions - once your personalized systems are set-up, these regular monthly or quarterly appointments help to keep you on track.  We will also address new areas of your organizing project. -

Suggestion - a Personal Assistant relieves the stress caused by overwhelming tedious tasks on your "To Do" List such as errands, shopping, phone calls, research, bill paying, data entry, filing and more.  As an Organizing Coach/Trainer, we can teach your assistant all the techniques and systems that have been created for you.
On-site Consultations provide immediate solutions for your organizing goals.  Sessions include a walk-through, needs assessment and recommendations, without "hands-on" organizing. This is for the person who needs basic tips or guidance and feels they can do the physical organizing on their own.
Phone Coaching Consultations will answer your organizing questions and avoid trial-and-error methods on your part. This is time-saving, problem-solving motivation and accountability for your organizing projects.  It's easy ... you call us in four (4) half-hour phone appointments (minimum) ... so you can stay focused and organized!
  • PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES  [1-hour minimum]
Your time is valuable. We'll do the research and interview vendors. We'll also shop for your organizing supplies.
  • ASSETS INVENTORY &/or VIDEO SERVICES  [4-hour minimum]

Be prepared with a detailed inventory and/or video documentation of your valuable personal possessions.  These services are helpful prior to disaster insurance claims, estate planning, and other legal and financial matters.

  • REFERRAL & COORDINATION SERVICES  [available to clients[
Referrals are available for other "specialized" professionals from our extensive resources database. Let us do the research to find other services to help you. We'll also work with these companies -- and YOU -- on your project.

For your office or home, this "Organizing Coach" will empower you and help you focus on your reorganization goals step-by-step. Donna D. McMillan knows how to bring balance, peace of mind and success into your professional and personal lives. She is your personal trainer, mentor, advisor and cheerleader.

Donna has participated in the Coaches Training Institute course and has coached clients in-person and by telephone for over 10 years. She is not a psychotherapist, however, she can provide referrals if requested. Donna firmly believes that each of us can achieve our highest potential when we possess a desire to succeed, and she provides gentle, supportive, positive assistance and motivation.

Confidentiality is guaranteed and an important element in relationships with our clients. On-site appointments are a 2-hour minimum, verbal consultations only, no hands-on organizing. Weekly phone appointments are 30 minutes each, with a minimum of four (4) appointments.
