    On-site Consultations -- provide immediate solutions for your organizing goals in your office.  Sessions include a walk-through, needs assessment and recommendations, without "hands-on" organizing. 

    Virtual (Phone) Consultations -- get answers to your questions and avoid trial-and-error methods. This time-saving, problem-solving motivation and accountability keeps you focused and organized!  

    It's easy! At a designated time, you call us during four (4) half-hour phone sessions.  You can email your digital (before & after) photos. We'll focus on your goals, practice the new techniques you've learned, and review homework results.

Our 1st appointment for management of your space, time, paperwork & information includes:

  • a needs-assessment and plan of action (approx 1/2-hour)
  • together we work side-by-side (approx 4-1/2 hours) focusing on your challenges
  • we teach organizing techniques to you (transfer skills)
  • together we will physically create systems personalized for your needs
  • we can suggest appropriate supplies, equipment, furniture and other services

"Tune-Up" Sessions -- once your personalized systems are set-up, these appointments (weekly, monthly or quarterly) will help you to stay on track.  We will also address new areas of your projects.

Just for clarification, Professional Organizers are not ...

  • housekeeping services. -- we do not do cleaning -- organizing has been our specialty since 1984 (see details above).

  • psychotherapists, psychologists, etc. -- unless certified in these practices. Referrals available upon request or recommendation.

  • "ASK THE ORGANIZER" WORKSHOP  [2-hour minimum]

    Getting organized should be FUN!!  In your office or in your home, as a Support Group, you and your colleagues or friends (4 or more) will enjoy learning valuable organizing techniques to create a clutter-free office.  Each attendee is rewarded with solutions to challenges with their paperwork, workspace and time management.  Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. 

  • PRIVATE TRAINER/COACH ON-SITE &/or BY PHONE  [2-hour minimum]

On-site private sessions are a 2-hour minimum -- verbal consultations only, no physical hands-on organizing.  

Weekly phone sessions
are 30 minutes each, with a minimum of four (4) sessions.



  • WORKSHOPS & TRAINING SEMINARS  [half-day or full-day]

Your group or company's staff members will be highly motivated and will learn time-tested techniques from this enthusiastic Professional Speaker, Organization Consultant and Personal & Business Trainer/Coach. Donna will present an on-site training course, which includes hands-on organizing and training for individuals in their own work areas.
