First appointment includes needs-assessment and project plan with recommendations (approx 1/2-hour).  Then, Consultant works side-by-side with you (approx 4-1/2 hours), teaches you organizing techniques and helps you to physically create personalized systems for management of your space, time, paperwork and information.  Suggestions are offered for supplies, equipment and furniture.  For more information, click here.

  • FOLLOW-UP ORGANIZING SERVICES  [4-hour minimum]
"Tune-Up" Sessions -- once your personalized systems are set-up, these appointments (weekly, monthly or quarterly) will help you to stay on track.  We will also address new areas of your projects.  Ask about our Maintenance Plans with pre-paid discounts.

As an Organizing Trainer, we can also teach your Personal Assistant the techniques and customized systems that have been created specifically for you.
On-site Consultations -- provide immediate solutions for your organizing goals.  Sessions include a walk-through, needs assessment and recommendations, without "hands-on" organizing. This is for the person who needs basic tips or guidance and feels they can do the physical organizing on their own.
Phone Consultations -- will answer your organizing questions and avoid trial-and-error methods on your part. This is time-saving, problem-solving motivation and accountability for your organizing projects.  It's easy ... you call us in four (4) half-hour phone appointments (minimum) ... so you can stay focused and organized!

  • VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS  [1-hour minimum]
"Jump-Start" Virtual Consultations -- include assessment of your project via your digital photos (360° panorama), two 30-minute organizing sessions via phone, review of your goals, Action Plan, and homework assignment.  This is for the person who feels they can do the physical organizing on their own.

  • PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES  [1-hour minimum]
Your time is valuable.  We can do the research, interview vendors and shop for your organizing supplies.
  • ASSETS INVENTORY, PHOTO or VIDEO SERVICES  [4-hour minimum]

Be prepared with a detailed inventory, photos or video documentation of your valuable personal possessions.  These services are helpful prior to disaster insurance claims, estate planning, and other legal and financial matters.

  • REFERRAL & COORDINATION SERVICES  [available to clients]

  • housekeeping services. -- we do not do cleaning -- organizing has been our specialty since 1984 (see details above).

BUSINESS & PERSONAL TRAINER/COACH

McMillan knows how to bring balance, peace of mind and success into your professional and personal lives. She is your personal guide, mentor, advisor and cheerleader.

Donna has participated in the Coaches Training Institute course and has assisted clients in-person and by telephone for over 25 years. She is not a psychotherapist, however, she can provide referrals if requested.  Donna firmly believes that each of us can achieve our highest potential when we possess a desire to succeed.  She provides gentle support, positive assistance and motivation.
  • "ASK THE ORGANIZER" WORKSHOP  [2-hour minimum]
    Getting organized should be FUN!!  In your office or in your home, as a Support Group, you and your colleagues or friends (3 or more) will have FUN learning basic organizing techniques and how to create a clutter-free office.  Each attendee is rewarded with answers to specific challenges with their paperwork, workspace and time management.  Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.

  • PRIVATE TRAINER/COACH ON-SITE &/or BY PHONE  [2-hour minimum]
On-site private sessions are a 2-hour minimum -- verbal consultations only, no physical hands-on organizing.  

Weekly phone sessions
are 30 minutes each, with a minimum of four (4) sessions.
