goodness I found you!!!
I'm not totally disorganized, but I could
use some expert advice and solutions in both my
professional and personal life! Paperwork is my
worst nightmare ... it's everywhere!

Dear "Sleepless,"
This is a common problem
in many corporations, home offices and residences, as
well. All that daily mail and other paper-driven
information IS overwhelming!
First, sort your incoming papers immediately. Make
separate stacks according to the action to be taken ...
To Pay, To Call, etc. Don't even open the unsolicited
(junk) mail ... throw it away! You're on those mailing
lists and will most likely receive the same things next
month. If you want to stop the excess mail, go to ... Too
Many Annoying Calls, Junk Mail, Emails, Faxes?
A perfect "temporary home" for these categories
is in a Deco Flex plastic box (by Oxford). It's portable
and holds hanging files (a limited number, which is
GOOD). Just remember that these
are "Hot
Action Files"
... they're to be ACTED on and emptied daily ... not for
storage!!
