How often are you
bothered during your
busy day or at dinnertime by calls from telemarketing
companies, or with stacks of unwanted mail, emails or
faxes?
Send a request to the following and ask that your name be
removed from these companies' lists. Also advise them
that you do not want your name or address sold to any
other mailing list companies.

The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about
whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most
telemarketers should not call your number once it has been
on the registry for 31 days. If they do, you can file a
complaint at this Website. You can register your home or
mobile phone for free. Your registration will be effective for
five
years.

It is suggested that
you continue to write or call above agencies
every
three (3) months or so until the calls and mail
subside. Also, refrain
from buying by mail order items to end these
irritating intrusions.
